Return and Refund Policy

At GAB Pompa Limited Şirketi, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to supplying high-quality pumps, pumping systems, accessories, and related engineering solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

  1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, modification, or improper handling.
  • A valid proof of purchase or invoice must be provided.

Returns that do not met these conditions may not be accepted.

  1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Any return request made after the 30-day period may be declined unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  1. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Product details
  • Reason for the return
  • Contact information

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

  1. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing will begin within 2 business daysafter approval.
  • The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Shipping, installation, commissioning, and service charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, or other supporting documentation to assess the issue.

Upon verification, GAB Pompa Limited Şirketi may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product,
  • Repair the product,
  • Provide replacement parts, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund.

In cases where the defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following products and services are generally non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or specially ordered equipment
  • Products modified according to customer specifications
  • Installed or commissioned pumps and systems
  • Electrical and electronic components that have been installed or used
  • Service, installation, engineering, and consultation fees
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  1. Exchanges

We only replace products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If you require an exchange for the same product, please contact our support team with your order details and supporting documentation.

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

After 24 Hours

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still request cancellation. We will review the request and do our best to accommodate it.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the standard return procedure after receiving the goods.

  1. Installation and Project Services

For projects involving pump installation, engineering works, commissioning, or other professional services:

  • Cancellation fees may apply if work has already commenced.
  • Deposits paid for customized projects may be non-refundable.
  • Any refund relating to project services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
